Join Martin Truex Jr. & Sherry Pollex for a casual evening outdoors on a vast natural pasture with wooded backdrop for this fun, fall, dining experience under a setting sun. Our five course Farm-to-Table dinner will be lead by Chef Tim Groody, owner of Fork! in Cornelius, NC with the expert team efforts by Chef Troy Gagliardo, Chef Samantha Ward and talented mixologists Melanie Groody and Brian Larusso, to help pair each course with the right libations.
You will enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres pool side with starter cocktails and live music.
Once the dinner bell rings you will make your way down to an open seating dining table (160 feet long) with a delicious charcuterie display waiting for you, placed on an Old World wooden serving board that is your gift and paired with D9 Brewing Company's fall selection.
The third and fourth courses will be served family style with no one going hungry! There will be multiple proteins, side dishes and salads paired with the perfect wines from Raffaldini and Jones Von Drehl vineyards. But wait! Dessert will be served individually and accompanied by an after dinner appertif to finish off this not-soon-to-be-forgotten dinning experience.
Featured ingredients are provided by local farms and farmers as well as supported by area Farmer’s Markets and using as much organic and healthy options available in honor of SherryStrong's Strong Nutrition platform.
$50 of each ticket is a donation to the Martin Truex Jr. Foundation to support the Ovarian Cancer initiatives of SherryStrong.org and a special donation will be made to fight Breast Cancer in honor of Melanie Groody's mother.
